I think depending on what you focus the forum on will result in the value of the domain however the domain itself I would say is worth anywhere from $25 to $75, possibly more if you build the forum up to the potential is has.

You're doing it wrong. You have to enter the search phrase with the quotes in Google, like "Discussion Planet". That will give you results for that exact phrase. And there are only 2,070 results for it.
