Offers disd.com - High $$$ keywords

I am offering the domain DISD.com for sale, which looks like it's averaging about 100 uniques per day, but has decent paying keywords.

The traffic is related to Independent School Districts, such as Dallas, Denison, etc. Here's some related keywords and their bids on Overture:

Please keep in mind, that in the Dallas area, last weekend was inundated with St Patrick day parades / parties and this week, local schools were celebrating spring break. The meta tags used have not been picked up by SE yet, and I am only averaging about .13 per click at DS.

I have just changed the nameservers to test the waters at Sedo to see if it convertts any better with a single click method. I am receiving an average of 20+ clicks per day, so if I can get the PPC amount up to $1, then the name will be more profitable.

Regarding offers, I have had some, but nothing near my asking price, which is negotiable.

Don't most domains with verified, long-term stats for PPC go for about 1-2x annual earnings? That has always been my assumption. A 7.3% return is not risk-adjusted. I always put a discount rate of about 20-30% on domains. Just my two cents.

I've seen those returns quoted for real estate, not domains.

Please keep in mind that I am selling a name with targetted traffic towards high paying keywords. Quality names with quality traffic rarely sell for 1-2 years revenue, usually 4-6 years revenue.
