While what he did was scummy, the previous registrant wasn't much better ... according to the article, she registered the domain for economic gain and was asking $99 for it.

In short, neither of them should have it ... hopefully some legitimate non-profit, that truly helps tsunami victims, gets the domain.

was going through yahoo news and just saw this story as the main headline.. reported by reuters in the technology>internet section.. is this really that big of a deal though? this sort of scams pop up every other day... but hey, i must say it is a great domain and maybe the fella just wanted some press coverage?
