Hi Folks

Just need a little help.

When I go to Bank, it says 10% annual interest. What does it mean?

Does it mean that i get a 10% annual interest for one real year or do i get interest a week?

For ex: If i have 1,000DNF$ in the bank.

How much will i get everyday, every week, and a year?

Thanks

10% annual interest is deposited daily, unless the amount is less than 1 $dnf dollar

ok, I've just deposited all of my $DNF (1655) into the bank.

At 10% annually, I should get approx $165 DNF over the next year, which would break down to something like $1 DNF every other day or so.

GD, am I on the right track? Is it calculated some other way?

I'll keep you posted via this thread if anything happens over the next several days.

Nothing. Nada. Nil.

It's been 4 days since I deposited $1655 DNF in the bank, and so far not a single $DNF in interest. This feature has never worked for me.

Did I do something wrong?

unless you have 3650 + you wont get anything because the daily amount will be less than 1 full DNF$

Perhaps a possible reason so many members were selling all those gmail invites for dnf$ to get up to 3650 dnf$ to collect the 10% interest. Before I did not understand why so many were so anxious to sell the invites for dnf$.

DNF BANK and INTEREST

There is no need to worry about not receiving interest, as you are on a daily basis.

The interest is calculated on a 24 hour period. You will not see your increase in DNF $ until you access the bank.

Below is how it works step by step:

1) Login into your DNF account
2) Go to "Rewards Store" and select "DNforum Bank"
3) Now that you have accessed the bank, a timestamp is created starting a 24 hour counter.
4) Now that the counter is started, after a 24 hour period has passed you can login again to the bank,
and you will see the interest you made in DNF dollars.
5) Now that you logged in for an update after the 24 hours has passed, thus you have started the counter again for another 24 hour period to show you the interest again.

6) Remember you are building interest daily, no matter when you login.
If you have not logged into your bank for 2 weeks, that is fine as you are still building interest.
By logging into your bank you are giving yourself the chance to see an update on the interest you have made.
If you have not acessed your bank for 2 weeks, and you decide you will today. Because 24 hours passed has long passed over the 2 weeks you will see the interest you have made. Now that you have accessed the bank, you have now started the 24 hour counter again. You will not see an update until 24 hours has passed.

**Remember the time you accessed the bank, so that you know when to access again to see the difference.
**Also, If you deposit DNF dollars during this 24 hour cycle, you will reset the counter to start at 24 hours again.

The bank interest rate has always been 10% ANNUALLY.

If you have any questions regarding the process or still confused let me know and I will explain it further.

Thanks
Huseyin

can you explain to me why I am not getting any interest on my deposit after 5 days?

We have tracked the path of interest on your DNF bank and you have accumulated interest.

For example,

You have 1000 DNF dollars in your bank at 10% interest per year
10% per year = 0.008% per month

Therefore 0.008% per month is = 0.0002% per day.

Thus for 1000 DNF dollars, you will see an increase of 0.2 DNF $ per day.

Because it the DNF dollars are rounded to 1, you will not see an increase based on this example for approx. 5 days

The bank is not programmed to calculate based on decimals under 1DNF$.
As a result if you check everyday, the bank will treat it as a "Cashout" and it will discard the interest you have made (because it is under one dollar)

Bottom line, if you check based on 1 week period you will see the interest in your bank.
If you were making more then 1DNF$ per day, then you would be able to check daily and see the increase.

Please use the example given above to calculate weather you can check on daily basis or weekly basis.

If there are anymore questions please feel free to ask.

Regards,
Huseyin

Now, i get it, I think u need atleast 3650 in you back acct to get any interest. So, 1655 is not enough to earn any interest
