Hello,

I recently acquired DNLease.com on Sedo. I've been looking for a good domain for a domain leasing concept, and I believe this ranks near the top for this niche.

I'd like your thoughts on the value of this domain. Thanks in advance.

I dont see any value in this domain name, $15 is my value undeveloped -

Domain Leasing does not work! Unless you own PREMIUM Generics! and those who own generics would deal with end users directly.

Nice ... I saw it on auction, how much did it sell for?

Strongly disagree. Domain leasing works just fine for both generic and non-generic names. I am currently on a lease to buy agreement for 2 domains where I have the option of canceling anytime or buying it in full. This is a huge advantage in various domain investment strategy. The seller can demand more money and buyers receive a sort of financing (in essence) for coveted names. That said...

DNLease.com $1,500 - $3,200 end user its screaming development

DomainLease.com is much better and maybe thats only worth $8k so i think DNLease.com $1,000 end user could pay very high it all depends on the end user .
But i think domain leasing with the option to buy is a growing business and its going to go a lot bigger. I do think it works much better for top domains with targgeted type in traffic names with huge price tag's. But its also growing with even medium quality domains good luck im sure the value in DNLease.com can only go up.

The current market is dead, end users are only spending $10-$500 US... good luck finding an end user in the domain industry! Domain Industry is by far one of the worst places to market a domain at end user value!

I find the easiest domain names to sell are domain related if you have a good one you get loads of offers on forums,
