Im looking to sell this site/domain. please appraise the following:

DNLookup.org
DNLookup.net
Current site (see www.dnlookup.org)
Including:
License for the "Link Popularity Script", which I purchased from widexl about a year ago. I'll hand over the username and password for the members area to the buyer.
The whois search script is based on PHPWhois.com
the mass lookup and dnfilter scripts I wrote myself, the buyer will get EXCLUSIVE rights to the script, meaning, the buyer can sell, give it out for free, or do whatever they want with it.
site been launch for 1 month.
averaging 15-20 users daily.
Please give me an idea how much I should ask for the above.
