Do Other Registrars have TDNAM Equivalent?

On TDNAM, I can grab domains during that redemption period between when they expire and drop. I think they are only domains reg'd with GoDaddy, however.

Do other registrars have an equivalent?

Many of the registrars have a "drop partner" such as Namejet.com or snapnames.com.

Tucows have their own auction platform.
Names registered at netsol or network solutions go through namejet.
Many other registrars have a partnership with snapnames and of course many (most ?) just drop the expired names. Doesn't mean they are not keeping some...

They started doing this pre-release auctions ? Because at Domainfest I was asking them why they do not do it they told they are not itnerested doing so but maybe they will reconsider their stance.
