We are releasing a Perl turnkey application that our resellers can use
to provide domain name registration from their website. Have a look at
the demo at http://www.reg.ca/papi/

To give a quick overview of its architecture:
- One perl script (possibly with a seperate configuration file)
- One "database" text file (for small clients not using MySQL or
posgresql)
- One "templates" directory - this will consist of all the .html
templates that can be easily customised by any web designer to match the
"look and feel" of their site (but is also "unbranded enough" that it
can be simply used "as-is").

The client is responsible for providing credit card functionality (if
required), although we'll probably try to interface it with some of the
more common credit card processors.
