Bob.com is certainly a nice name, but not worth $1.5M. I remember when Microsoft traded bob.com for windows2000.com If Microoft had learned about TM issues back then, they might still have the name.

i think its the 'cash' option anyone should be more concerned with.

imagine standing up in a fraud case and telling the judge " yeah i just handed over $1.5m in cash and he said he'd transfer if after his jet landed on his private island. he hasnt been answering his phone since"
