ok thanks, the expiration date threw me off..

I'm all set. In fact, I'm feeling six times better than I did before! Ho, ho, ho! (Oh, wait... no one else will get that. Forget it then!) Thanks for taking care of everything Greg. Again... very niiiice job. Hopefully you won't get tired of hearing that.

Greg,

It wont accept my payment. I get the following:

The link you have used to enter the PayPal system contains an incorrectly formatted item amount.

Can you help ASAP?

Thanks.

what amount is it showing when you try to buy?

i know some countries use , instead of . as their decimal point maybe if its showing 39,99 try 39.99 or whatever...

then again i may be wrong.

Looks to me that you got several snaps.

Greg,

Yes, but I had to enter them one at a time. When I tried to put two in my shopping cart and then check out, it gave me the error message above. A bit of a nuisance, but not insurmountable.

That is a problem that needs to be fixed. Thanks for the heads up.

My paypal account is frozen and it looks unlikely that it will become unfrozen.

No cheap snaps for me :(

I tried buying two snaps last night. And, I got a message
something to the affect that they could not connect to
my acct.

So, I figured I would come back to it in the next couple
days.

I don't want to miss the opportunity.

I realise I am way behind here, but what exactly is a snap and why would I pay $39 for one? Any enlightenment would be greatly appreciated.

Greg,

For how long will we be able to purchase these discount Snaps?

Tigga, a "snap" is a way to try and catch a domain when the registration drops. Here are a few sites that can try and catch a domain for you:

www.snapnames.com
www.namewinner.com
www.dropwizard.com

I don't really get this...

I have to pay in advance, but there is no guarantee I will actually get the domains...?

Doing SnapNames is an art!

(Just won a name with a snap which had a US$300 plus bid at NW)

There ya go! That's why it is sooooo great. :D

Tino,

Some services require payment in advance (like snapnames), however, you are the ONLY one who can use snapnames to grab the name. You only pay when you successfully grab a name on Other services like Namewinner and DropWizard...however, people will bid against you to try and catch the name. A $39 cost to grab a name on Snapnames could cost $2,000+ on NameWinner if others want it as well...If I really want a name...I will try all the services available.
