If I sell a domain using the Sedo escrow service, do they reveal my personal details to the buyer? (or make it public in any other way?)

I have some adult domains I would prefer to keep private.

No they will not. But you need to put privacy on it yourself.

If you sell a domain name at sedo.com your account details will show on the invoice when a domain name is sold.
