I have several regional domains and also have potential contact lists, and I would prefer someone who could actually cold call and seal the deals. I only focus on US and UK, and if you don't live in those countries, but if you could cold call in the respective accents, that is fine too.
I'm planning to offer 50% on smaller domains such as $200 sales and a fair percentage on bigger sales, and most of these names are quickly sell-able and have very strong points. In any case, you will make $100+ per sale, infact a lot more than that in 95% of the cases.
