Can anybody recommend a good domain broker? I see most of the registrars offer broker service. I contacted an owner of an undeveloped site to buy the domain. I have not received ANY response. How do I get this domain?

Desperately seeking domain

being desperate usually costs more

using a broker adds more costs

are you contacting the owner listed from Whois
is there a phone number?

are you using a "gmail/yahoo or hotmail" address, as sometimes domainers will not respond to these emails

just some thoughts

I'd suggest you get your own email. And it helps to put in an initial offer (not a lowball though). A good offer usually elicits a response, even if its a 'no'.

none of the spam i get is from xxxx at yahoo.com or xxxx at gmail.com. ALL of the spam i get is from Xxxx @ anydomainname.com or xxxx @ sub.anydomain.com (examples) because anyone can get their own email.

spam really sucks. i think about how i'd like to punch spammers in the face all the time.
