I searched info about register a "domain trade company" and tax solutions everywhere but not found valuable articles. Please explain me, must I register a company (limited by shares, dormant or other) to sell domains or not obligated. What tax I will pay? That tax worldwide or valid in the country where registrant located?

tax would be depending on your country tax structure !
company limited by shares probaly u need to show huge capital.
