When I say it's messy I'm referring to how it's a bit of an art and that it's not as cut and dry as people would like to think, at least not as an occupation. Successful domain investing that is...there are plenty of ways to fail and plenty of people selling dreams.

I'm sometimes surprised by my names that get offers, and the ones that don't. Sometimes things happen in domaining that you'd never expect.
