Domain name is possible TM issue?

I found a domain name that has 1,250,000 searches and is for an upcoming Ps3 game. Its very popular and will be a movie. Do you think i will have issues?

It's 50/50. Either they will or they won't. You have to ask yourself do you want to own TM names or not, because some companies will not only ask you give it up - they will take you to the cleaners as well.
