Hi,
I own MayWeAll.com and 5 other MayWeAll domain names.
The MayWeAll musical is coming out the 20th of this month and a movie is in production with the May We All title.
I have made repeated attempts for the past year to contact everyone possibly involved with the May We All projects with no success. I actually got a not interested email from the CEO of the musical production.
My question is now that I made every attempt possible can I legally make a site to profit off these names?
I have an offer to make an adult toy site on the name as an affiliate.
Thanks for your insight.

Hi Joe

i think, contacting them to purchase the domain, was a mistake.

and if that was only reason you acquired it, then they could file C&D on that premise.

and...making an adult site, could be seen as a "negative" reactionary move on your part, to disparage them.... because they didn't purchase your domain.

maybe find another subject to use it for
like > MayWeAll.com/come-together.html

imo...
