There is a thread here: http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?t=49905 that mentions a lot of names, but it is over a year old and there's really not a comparison of services, income experiences, etc.
I just joined here and was searching out this very subject when I saw your post. It would be great to revive this discussion as there are other players now that may be good.
I have heard good feedback on another forum about Goldkey and am interested if anyone here has feedback (positive or negative) about this service. I'm currently trying to decide myself.

To be honest i seem to be getting a head ache from all this info. It will take me quite a long time to review them. I have heard that fabulous is the best for gambling, however, I don't know of any other specific differences. It seems that some have pop ups or pop unders and others don't. If anyone has some real experience, I would appreciate it.
