actually Luc is very responsive... it automatically updates latest version and runs fine on my PC...

can you be a little bit more specific on what's not working?
 
As soon as I launch the software it looks like it is updating and then a
few seconds later the software just minimizes to the tray as a small icon.
As soon as i go to click on the small tray icon it disappears. I checked
and the software is not running in the background

I sent him email and sent this via the web site support with no response

WTF
 
i know this will sound like MS tech support.. .but did you try removing, re-installing the complete file with .NET framework and see if it works?
