Wanted: Service Domain search widget for my site

I have a domain that gets traffic from people looking for a domain search tool. The domain used to host a real domain search tool, and I still have the original script but it's very outdated.

I would like to develop a new site on top of this domain with a search tool that has built-in affiliate links to GoDaddy, Sedo, etc, both for new registration and aftermarket listings. Would appreciate any leads or just ideas to go about getting started.
