Definately not in any rush to sell.....like I said, would have to be the right offer for me to let this one go.

Just remember this ... history repeats itself .. the best thing in life i ever learned... if you look at the market now how it was at the end of the dot com boom markets were down and people were loosing money ... i think this is the best time to sell it... why the market still has people spending money... just my thoughts
