Due to the previous buyer pulling out i have had to relist the domain for sale.
Reason: He placed an offer on another domain via Sedo which he thought would'nt get excepted but to his amazement it was, this meant he didnt have enough funds to purchase domainchat ( Why bid on 2 domains if you dont intend to buy them!!!)

The domain, the members, and the site are all included - We've not had time to update to the new version of VB but thats not a biggy i was told.

In regards to an auction its basically the highest bid gets the name.
