Are U with Google? Because if you are not, you can't know domain's GPR. Maybe you mean GTPR (Google TOOLBAR Page Rank).... and there's a BIG difference between them. GTPR is very inaccurate - it's useless.

What is the difference between a domain's GPR and its GTPR, and why do you say the GTPR is useless?

OK. Real GPR - PR(A) = (1-d)/m + d * ( PR(T1)/C(T1) + ... + PR(Tn)/C(Tn) ) .

SO, when you see GTPR 5, real GPR is a number between 5,033 and 27,213. If you see GTPR 6 - GPR is somewhere between 27,681 and 149,670.

You can be sitting at your PC, staring at the goole toolbar and waiting for a change from GTPR/0 to GTPR/1 for months but you may be already ranked 1.

And best of all - Google is not taking care of it's GPPR because of SEO. So, the number you can see is just one big bull****. It's not 100% useless, but it's not telling you the truth.
