This site I'm not realy happy with atm..

Firstly, I emailed support this awhile back..

Hello,

Account: ******

My account is getting errors all over the place.

I am trying to look at my current snaps, change account info, change/delete
email addresses as I know use a different email address but all I get is
errors & can't do anything.

What's wrong?

Brett

I get a response a couple of days later stating this..

Hi,Brett,
Your account is fine. Please try again. If you still have problem, please
let us know.Thanks.

Regards,
Hanna

Ok, then I send back this email..

Things seem to be partially better now.

I was able to view my current snapbacks ok.

I tried to update my contact info but it still got errors but updated the info anyway.

I tried to delete one of my email addresses from the "email addresses" sections & got errors & then got this when trying to access that page again..

"Server is not available. Please contact with us."

Brett

I didn't get a response so I sent it again; to which I also received no response.

I know just tried to log into my account & all I got after logging in was this..

<body bottommargin="0" leftmargin="0" marginheight="0" marginwidth="0" rightmargin="0

Would someone please get that site inline!?

Well I was just able to login & everything in my account seems fine, however this doesn't change the fact that the support needs to respond to their customers.

I use snaps.com. I have tried domainsnaps.com before but I ended up going back to snaps.com There are several options out there. Most have slow support but that's expected with such low profit margins.

Yeha... I only have 1 snap left there now. The site still pulls errors all over the place but then at other times it work ok. ??

Luckily the first time I ordered a snap there it was succesful and I didn't have to fool with it for very long. But snaps.com was having troubles of it's own for a while also. Always check a domain at snapnames before and after using a reseller site.
