WOW, I thought 1and1 sucked and they do but this company is in a sold second place for being a horrible registrar. Stay away from them if possible at all costs.

- took me 5+ days to get a response, any response
- could not get my password
- company website has errors galore, including misspelling registrant (LOL)
- Help section has "coming soon" as only help....
- had to threaten legal action and include several other people to get a response
- no easy way to change anything, bad interface
- system says it sent email, I never receive one

Just avoid like Madonna avoids church on Sunday....LOL
