I recently bought a domain for my pet dead duck called donald duck

does it violate any copy right with disney donald ?

I am confused :uhoh:

As long as you are using the domain in different context than Disney's Donald Duck character, I think it is OK to do so.
(I am not a lawyer though.)

But seriously... did you mean to put this in the "Humor" section?

no I am serious it is not intended for humor :)

This is how what you say will appear in UDRP:
My duck ate my homework...

You can always say your pet's name is/was Dawn Alduck.
