Thanks. The only premium I have purchased was pre-reg the korean.technology at $129. I figure it was a longshot on even getting that. Korea is kicking some major butt in technology sectors.

I tried for future.technology and (less useful?) past.technology. Failed to get either.

I did get todays.kitchen Now, what am I gonna do with that? Failed to get anywhere near fastfood.kitchen.

Future was one of the keywords I attempted to pre-reg and did not get it.

According to whois, it is a registry reserved.

thank you.
there are still some other geo domains. i was surprised to see Florida taken

There you go. Now, is .tech for - Technic, Technicolor, Techno, Technician, Technet...??

i'm sure most people would make the most logical conclusion. typically when it comes to names, most companies will go with ___tech over ___technology.

For the sake of sanity, I thought ICANN was going to stay away from allowing similar products? Then again, why would ICANN stay away from money?

We are talking about URDP on one hand because it may infringe on some TM, but since when does the extension get a free pass?

Since when is "tech" not "confusingly similar to" technology just like .mobi was to be its own name space and we see .mobile on the horizon.

The confusion, disruptions, and chaos one causes over the other is going to be huge since we are talking about thousands of names being released. You'll have registries suing registries and meanwhile ICANN will be in their tower counting their money and snickering.

Seriously, ICANN is not doing any institution any justice let alone aiding the consumer.

I buy ltd.technology - i think - limited technology (in my opinion this extension - new gTLD dont have any future for marketplace , same crap from ICCAN
