DotRegistrar.com nightmare

has ANYONE sucessfully transfered a .US or .BIZ domain out of DotRegistrar. and if so, how? they do not make the Auth Codes available.

I only really used DotRegistrar because a) at one point they gave me three free DRYs to try out the service, and b) some names I purchased were at DotRegistrar already.
The interface was just too weird for me to think about getting too involved with it.
But then I hate to think too badly of someone who gave me three free names. Of course the problem there is knowing that they were free lowered my standards for what I would choose to register. I only renewed one of those the next year.
