Dotster slow in whois update

Am I too used to Tucows/OpenSRS' REAL-TIME whois updates that I can't even bear a few hours? I'm mad that even when I had already got their e-mail confirmation saying that it's done, THEIR OWN whois still shows the old info after more than 3 hours! Just another reason for me to transfer it away.

Just got this from their support:

Domain contact information is shown in the whois databases but only after 48 hours from the last update.

Come ON! 48 hours? Can't believe it!

Yeah, it's just been updated, but only after more than 8 hours. What takes them so long? With Tucows/OpenSRS, it's INSTANT!

It's not a newly registered domain; it's one I bought from a fellow member here today. Actually, it expires in about a month's time, so you could guess I will be transferring it away very soon.
