I think given the surname context plus what 77678 mentioned, you may be able to get $20,000 or more to an interested enough end-user. Otherwise you're probably looking at more like $15,000 if only because of the U. I've learned that pronounceable isn't as big of a draw on LLL.com as on LLLL.com for some reason...I guess people think of a 3-letter made-up word as being too short? It's weird...
 
Here is my quick appraisal...

3 Characters .com -> $ 8,000
No Bad Letters -> $ 5,000
Pronouncable -> $ 5,000
Meaningful/Chinese-> $ 8,000

And based on the growth rate of the Chinese internet market, I will give it another $5k boost....

Total $31,000.
