Double Charged, Admins never reply.

DNForum.com always double charge on every action in the reward store. I messaged 3 admins, and none of them replied. I know we are all busy people. But I expect a solution, and my deserved DNF$ back.

Sometimes better to post directly here with such problems, sometimes PM's can be missed - but don't take it personally, it happens to all of us.

I got your PM yesterday, and I sent it to the proper person to fix this. I was told there is no problem, but I will check again.

One of those is a minute apart. 7:19, and 7:18. This is also slightly different that the list in the PM, where there was one that was not double billed at all. Are you sure you are not hitting the button twice?

Well I have taken over the forum and will maksure sure all issues are answered in a timely manner.

We have refunded your account for 2 of teh transactions as there was a double charge. However we have verified that it is not a flaw in the system as you are the only isolated case regarding this issue.
