For Sale Drop Time Range

I know that .com & .net are set to drop at around 2pm EST. What is the range in minutes before and after the hour? Before RGP, I think that they could drop anywhere from 1:45 until 2:30. What about now?

About the same range. I've picked up names 2:15-2:30 more frequently though.

Most of the names I picked up were around 2:45, which meant that I was pounding the keyboard/mouse for an hour. Too much work. Now I can go and ice my fingers.
