Description:
Due to a large work load over the last 2 months, which will continue due to my new contract with Ireit, I have decided to sell DropWatch.com.

I started this site in early June of 2004 as a new idea of filling a need in the market. I began providing stats to save many domainers valuable time in researching domains, instead of manually checking stats from the drop lists each day. The site is 100% automated but does require maintainance periodically when one of the sources changes its anti robots or blocks the ip addresses used.

The admin section logs payments using paypal api, and I manually added google. I can also provide paypal ScreenShots and google if needed prior to finalyzing the deal. I will not sell the site for less than $140k (3 years Revenue) I would rather pay someone to maintain it rather than sell for less because the profit already increases every month.

The site currently runs on a cheap server, with only one processor (P4), 512 MB ram, 80GB HD. It has apache 2.0, mysql 4.1, php 4, 30 ip addresses, alotted 1400GB of bandwidth per month and currently only uses 600GB per month of that.

- would you be interested in selling the code of the site itself ?

I am not interested in selling the code, and causing competition for this site. The new owner can feel confident that I will never clone the site, nor create a competitive site for myself or anyone else.
