Hey Guys,

Today I have the following for sale.

www.drproxy.net - DreamHost
www.drpruxy.net - NameCheap
www.drpxy.net - NameCheap

The site has been online since the 18th of this month, and the stats with ExtremeTracking may be viewed HERE

As you can see, the site had started to gain a nice amount of steady traffic, and the domain drproxy.net is already a predicted PR3.
I have advertised the site with several campaigns on OnlineGames.net, and DrProxy currently has a banner Ad and Text link on Zymic.com, and a text link on HideMyAss.com.

Now, for the adsense, a screenshot of the last 10 days can be shown below:

VIEW ADSENSE SCREENSHOT

If the screenshot does not abide by Adsense rules, please let me know so I can change it.

As you can see, $22 revenue after 10 days is pretty impressive. And there is only room for improvement.

The design is of course made by myself, and the buyer will receive full rights, along with the .Psd file.

Now, I have heard in the past, that sites tend to sell for 12x their monthly revenue. Now, lets say DrProxy were to average $15 a week, at $60 a month, that should make the site worth $720.

I am willing to sell everything for a bargain price of $450 BIN - Now $350!.

Bidding is an option, with a starting bid of $200, minimum increments of $10. There is no end date on the auction.

If you are interested in the site, please do not hesitate to contact me via the following:

Msn - [email protected]
AIM - TheGrandBerry
Email - [email protected]

Or alternatively, PM me or Reply to this thread.

I look forward to your replies, and Happy Bidding!

Regards,

Craig.

Hello Tmcca,

I have not received a bid as of yet, however, I have had a few people contact me via MSN and AIM who are showing interest.
I have also had one Private Message showing interest in BIN.

I hope this helps,

Regards,

Craig.

Hello Tmcca,

Bidding is still at $200, however, I am not willing to let the site sell for that price.

I have lowered the BIN to $350, and would further reduce this to $300 if that will spark more interest.

If nothing else happens in the next few days, I will be holding onto this.

Regards.

iBerry, can you give me updates for the month of March. Also, how can you set your minimum bid to $200, yet you aren't willing to let it go for that much? You should set your minimum bid for what you're willing to let it go for. If tmcca wouldn't have withdrew his bid, are you saying you wouldn't honor his win because it was too low for you when you are the one who set this minimum bid? If you will tell us what minimum you are willing to go with, plus provide revenue for March, then I will bid.
