I just acquired this domain. It is PR4 and PR1 both. Please check and verify the PR here: http://www.database-search.com/sys/pre-check-en.php

After I got it I went ahead and used some freely available scripts on the net to build up the site. It is running the newest MKPortal Script, along with an integrated version of PHPBB.

I checked archive.org and it states this used to be a nintendo forum. Right now it is getting around 165 hits a day. When I first got the domain I resolved it to Sedo. Just about when it fully resolved I resolved it to my server and started working on everything. I am giving you double screen shots so you can see both stats. As you know resolution can take up to 48 hours so both screen shots are necessary so you can see all of the traffic:

Keep in mind today is the 29th and all the stats are not there.
Total stats:
26th = 74 (still resolving to sedo)
27th = 302
28th = 164
29th = 35 (not a full day)
I have only one google ad on this site (google ad). It has not received any hits.
I paid DNF to get people to begin the posting on the forum to give it some content.
1 small problem is I have not actually found how to change the background color on the forum so the text does not show up as "silver". Once you fix that then you will be all set.
I did also install a few freely available skins to the MKPortal script that you can change between. If you use a different skin I beleive this text issue will go away.
Why am I selling? Well, I really wanted to get this site going, but with another forum that is contanstly growing I would like to use this money to promote that one.

Moving of the site. I would rather not move the site myself. However, if you dont know how or dont feel comfortable doing this then I will do it for you. I will need phpmyadmin access and also FTP info.
