Hi,
what do you think of dvdrip.com?
I get about 2250 type-ins a month.
Have made a few sales via amazon althought the site is not developed yet.

I like it a lot.

You would probably get a ton of sales if you bought out
or created (or had someone create for you) a simple
program to rip dvds into mpeg or regular CD format.

I have noticed it is a competitive, yet highly profitable
market right now.

You would not have to invest all that much into advertisement
since you already get decent type ins.

Let me know if you need more info on this.

I say $5k easily if you put a half decent site behind it.

wow, what a great name!

I would wait until dvd ripping technologies become more mainstream though. In a few years it should be worth what cdrip.com is worth today -- which is a lot.

The prime time for DVD ripping software is now and in about 1 year when almost everyone has a DVD recorder. (Now because you could use a CD recorder)

Few years is a stretch. I say 1 year max.
