appraise e-money.eu - Unusual offer received on Sedo.

Hello everyone,

I've just received an offer for "e-money.eu" domain on Sedo. First bid matched my asking price (domain is listed as "Make offer" not "Buy now"), which is a little bit odd, because bidders tend to offer lower price first.

I'm wondering what is the reason:
- buyer is in hurry
- it's a fake offer to check my price expectation
- maybe something happened in EU regarding e-money / digital currencies recently? I mean some new business projects, law regulations etc. which might increase value of this kind of .eu domain. The only new thing I aware of is new AML regulations in EU (AMLD4 and AMLD5), but is rather not much related to term "e-money".

Did you have similar situation, when buyers first bid matched asking price?
I will be grateful for any info or suggestions which might help me in further negotiation with current bidder on Sedo.

Appraisal of this domain from experienced domainers or buy offers are also welcome.

Maybe they thought thats what the price is, so if you want to, click accept, and sell it.
