Personally I would appraise this at $0 (reseller, and also enduser, as I believe it would be almost impossible to find an enduser).
e-x.com might have some small value, but possibly not.

e-x.xom, or any such combo 'L-L'.com, or net DO have good values.
Now for other tlds, it really depends on the letters.
for .biz, you'll have to hold on to it for a couple of years until they take off
