What are your thoughts on EasternCalifornia.com?

Its not a very popular term but still it represents 13 counties in California

The only 2 counties that are decent size is San Bernadino and Riverside...they're known as the armpit of California I might add.

Would be a good developed site, but I don't think the traffic will be there like some of the other california cities or counties.
