As you can see, even though very little SEO has been done to the websites and the content is PLR and they're "under monetized", the websites still pull big amounts of traffic and revenue in 3 big niches (money, health and beauty)
All it takes is unique content (easily to spin the existent content yourself if you're into this, or to outsource it to someone else), a couple of authority backlinks and maybe some CPA offers placed on the websites and you've just earned 3-4 figures a month in passive income.
Why am I selling them? I've kind of had it with Google's changes. I had big dreams of owning a few hundreds of tiny "cash machines" that will make me filthy rich. That until I learned what SEO is all about, what a backlink is and how to keep within the Google's rules ...... continuously
So, no more tiny "cash machines" for me please. I have a life to focus on, not on stupid algorithm changes and SEO news and stuff.
