Uhhh... Some criticism is going on! Just ask the owner of eat.info whether I'm paid any cut or commission of the sale price as agreed by him. Our agreement is clear. I have made him an offer, which he had accepted and got him to sell it via me on any offers come to it. Anything more than the price he is asking / that we agreed upon is what I get. I think it's perfectly legal and is the same with the other two domains.
* Thanks mods on moving this to the appropriate thread.
* Secondly, am new to the domains world and have made a couple of sales of my own domains to date. Have no real experience with brokering yet, hope I'll gain some soon. But if anything wrong in my procedures or if theres anything that can help me in my progress, the tips are really appreciated.
Thanks everybody for the interest in this thread and names.
*** I WITHDRAW the ad here on BROKERING the above. I'll do it with some more experience. This time I think things did go wrong. I'll talk to the owners and some experts, mainly the respected ebook author at OpenForSale.com for assistance and more support on effective and legal brokering. So I'm NOT SELLING / BROKERING above names. Thanks anyway for your interest.
* I own the follwing names that I regd and has no website. If the prices acceptable, just PM me and make offers. All offers replied even if it's much less than the asking price.
