I regard it as irrelevant that PerfumeBay's owner had been a Power Seller on eBay.

Oh. It sounded like you said, "If PerfumeBay auctioned perfume, I would say fair enough"

Our next step is to go to the Supreme Court, as well as file an emergency stay of injunction to allow us to continue operation with this domain name.
