The NAF decision you cite there is a particularly bad one, which isn't surprising since it was made by NAF, which is well known for siding for the complainant against all common sense. If GregR stillowns the name a real court must have overruled the NAF injustice.

If i remember corrected, this is a reverse hijacking case. After winning, the complainant later sold the ec.com to gregr (may be to another reseller, and sold again to gregr).
