Sure the highest offer so far for this domain is 5'200$. Obviously I want the best out of this domain, and I will be patient for it.

To save yourself and everyone else some time, perhaps you should just list a starting offer. Evidently you've already received an offer of $5200 so start it there. I imagine you will hear only crickets after that. As for not in a hurry to sell. YOU started a thread to sell a domain so that tells me that you actually would like to sell it now. I don't mean to hijack your thread but you are new here so I thought I would "guide" you a little

I understand this, but as the offer has come through sedo, I cannot start the amount at that price, I would need an official offer on the thread on this forum.

But to make things more clearer, I will sell it for a price for 8200$.
