I would guess that it may have received a low GoDaddy appraisal (included with their $59.95 plus 10% commission domain buy services) because 1) itâs a .org and two âelevator pitchâ is not literally a dictionary word in many dictionaries.
However if you go to dictionary.com or any business dictionary, you will find it listed as:
âElevator Pitch -A slang term referring to the 20-60 seconds an entrepreneur has to interest a venture capitalist (VC) in his or her business idea.â
In addition to being a dictionary word, itâs a dictionary word with a business/financial meaning.
There must be some demand for elevator pitch since the .com, .net, .org, .tv, .mobi, .info. .us â¦. are taken. Even the inferior elevator-pitch is taken.
People also bid PPC ads on âelevator pitch.â
To me, itâs a generic name in a small but valuable industry (venture capital), but of course the .org is worth less than the .com.
Any appraisals or suggestions are appreciated.
