house is clearly not going to budge on senate immigration plan, but congressman pences plan is supported by over 100 reps and looks like it might be the new plan if passed what do you think these names are worth. basically the plan calls for private "ellis island centers" to be set up in mexico and south america for guest workers to leave the country and apply for jobs in USA and reenter as guest workers if it passes what could i exect for these names
