I've had an end user offer me low $$$$ for a .xxx

How far can i take them.

They contacted me through whois.

It really depends on the quality of the name. You may be able to get a couple hundred more.

I agree.

Look at .xxx, and then the dot com,.... is it strong enough of an xxx to override the value of the dot com?

Hi Katherine,
I'll send a copy of escrow to Ron when completed.

I think Katherine was asking what the name is so she can weigh in on how far you can "take them"...and offer some advice.

Is the .com version of the domain developed?

Congrats on the sale Ulysses :)

Quite common to see a dot com owner protecting their brand... Unfortunately when .xxx descends lower into the abyss, we'll see less and less of these sales.

Hi Raider,

Sorry I didn't explain properly. I had an offer from the .com equivalent owner for $$$ a while back.

This is a new offer from a completely different end user. We have negotiated and come to an agreement and it is now in Escrow.

At any rate, I'm glad you were able to make the sale :)

Did you get more than low xxxx for that .xxx?

Was it a name that you had developed into a site?

No Gerry, it just had a very nice landing page.
