Here is an excellent, significantly used term for the engineering portion of the job, 'head hunter', and employment agency business sector, 'Engineering Recruitment'. There are many businesses that specialize in the search for and employment of engineers specifically. Some do use this term as their main name and it is a well used, generic term for their business as a whole.
Exact term Google searches return 319 results for "EngineeringRecruitment" and 277,000 for "Engineering Recruitment". For the word pair "Engineering Recruitment", there are eight 'Sponsored Link' ads on each search page that I looked at indicating a strong commercial interest in this valuable, very generic two word term.
