English Language Registrar to Transfer .de Domain Names Into?

Is there a good English language registrar that allows .de domain names to be transferred in please?

Many allow registration of .de domain names - such as Godaddy, 123-Reg etc. - but they don't allow them to be transferred in.

Of the ones that do allow .de domain names to be transferred in, I have only come across sub-standard ones e.g. Google is full of reviews about europeregistry.com providing a terrible service.
