Never bothered trying to optimise this site for the SE's as I have been preoccupied with other stuff. But anyway, what is for sale is the domain, gets around 25-30 typein's a month (keep in mind the content is a recent addition previously it was a redirect). Not sure of potential earnings, but PE traffic is gold when sent to the right place (something like fastsize or sizegenetics might get a conversion every now and than - I do 1:70 on SE traffic to these places).

Anyway, what is included. The domain, the content (including penis enlargement videos and penis enlargement picture tutorials - I think 30 videos, and 150 pics) licensed for that one domain (can work on more if you want), the design (with PSD's) and thats it. Actually I missed out on the first time, I saw the thread too late (you can see in there someoone else buys it) but I contacted him over PM and grabbed it off him for $150. You also have to take into account the content and design being sold with it. Not saying it isn't a good deal for myself, but it sure isn't a bad deal for someone who wants to build up a SOLID penis enlargement information portal.
